Return within 14 days

It is important to us that your new furnishings meet your expectations and that you are satisfied with your ordered products. 

With us, you can return a product within 14 days of receiving it and you will receive a KARE voucher (excl. delivery costs). 

Guidelines:

The product is as good as new and in original packaging.

For the return period, the date on the day of receipt of the item counts

Credit note: KARE does not refund money, but issues a voucher for the purchase amount (excl. delivery costs). No credit note can be issued without prior registration.

The right of return is only valid for products off the shelf: custom-made products, special formats (such as customizable furniture) cannot be exchanged.

If a product does not meet the above criteria, we may refuse to accept the return.
