The two Munich residents invite us to their loft-style apartment. After several stays abroad, they have now returned to their homeland – and with the help of the KARE interior design experts have fulfilled their dream of a modern and cosy attic apartment.
MAKE DREAMS A REALITY
"The interior designers at KARE allowed us to see the finished apartment in advance, and all in 3D! Thanks to a rendering like this, we were able to visualise the end result much better and also make small changes before placing the order. We selected our personal must-haves in the flagship store and were then able to conveniently place them in the 3D planner and try them out. The clear advantage: you save a lot of effort if it doesn't look the way you imagined. It was a great experience to digitally furnish our apartment in a cool way and to try out different looks before we decided on our favourite furniture. "

MARLENA:
"My favourite piece in the flat is the sofa. We decided on a really big 3 by 3 metre sofa. It's a little big for me and Sebastian, but we love to invite friends over. For example, we recently celebrated the European Championship here with many good friends!"

The large dining room table is another centrepiece of the apartment. This is where Marlena and Sebastian enjoy starting a lavish weekend brunch with friends or cosying up with each other. The dining table is also a real eye-catcher thanks to colourful highlights and small accessories.

The jungle look in their apartment is also reflected in the bedroom. With elements such as special wallpaper, striking sun mirrors and other small gold accents, Marlena and Sebastian emphasise the boutique hotel flair of their bedroom.
