Returns within 14 days

It is important to us that your new furnishings meet your expectations and that you are satisfied with the products you have ordered.

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it and you will receive a KARE voucher (excluding delivery costs).

Guidelines:

The product must be as good as new and in its original packaging
The date of receipt of the item counts for the return period
Credit note: KARE does not refund money, but issues a voucher for the purchase amount (excl. delivery costs). No credit note can be issued without prior registration.
The right of return is only valid for off-the-peg products: custom-made products, special formats (such as customisable furniture) cannot be exchanged.

If a product does not fulfil the above criteria, we can refuse to take it back.
