Responsibilities:
- Selling our products and services
- Customer advice and support
- Customer service, including complaint handling
- Preparing quotes and orders
- Order tracking
- Maintaining the sales area
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, ideally in the furniture and design sector
- Willingness to work on Saturdays
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
- Highly customer-oriented and talented salesperson
- Optimistic personality
- Very good PC skills
- Good MS Office skills
